Fathers Day

This Fathers Day I feel extremely grateful for the fathers that have been in my life. How blessed I have been to have so many great men in my life. I have always been surrounded by so many great examples who have taught me so much.
I am so thankful to my father for showing me how to work and how to be thankful for what I have, even if it isn't much. I remember him teaching me so many things...sometimes the hard way...but always in a way that was best for me, and some of those things I am just now realizing and growing to appreciate. Thanks Dad, for all of the talks...for all of the advice, and concern you have had for me. Thank you for all of the laughs, the foot rubs you gave me in the middle of the night because my feet would ache so bad I couldn't sleep, and for always letting me know that you believed in me. I am especially grateful for the fun and loving Grandpa you are. I love watching you with my girls, and seeing them light up when they get to play with you. Thanks for everything! I love you.

I am also thankful for my Father-in-law. He has also been a great example to me. He has always shown how important his family is to him. I have seen him sacrifice many things for his family. I know that he always tries to be there for any of his children...no matter what it may be, he makes it known that he is willing to help. He has dropped many things to come to our rescue when we have needed him. He, too, is one of the worlds greatest Grandpas!! The girls love him so very much. I am thankful for the things he has taught, and will teach them. Thank you, Mark!! I am especially thankful to him for teaching Nate so many great things...(including how to be a fix-it man!!)...which leads me to...

My sweet, adorable husband!! What a FABULOUS Father he has been to our two beautiful girls. I am so thankful for the way he teaches them with so much love. I am so blessed to have a husband who honors his priesthood and who's testimony shines through him, and uses it to teach our girls the gospel. Thank you, sweetheart for being there for them, playing with them, making them laugh and being there to wipe their tears. Thank you for your patience and your kindness. Thank you for all of the wonderful memories, and for continuing to put up with me. You are a great Dad, and I can't wait to see your relationships grow with our girls. There is nothing more precious than watching them watch you, watching you take naps with them, or giving them hugs and kisses. Nothing makes my heart happier! I am so excited to continue on our journey together...with our beautiful children...into eternity. I love you!!
